Failed

I had high hopes of providing you all with a step-by-step process to making and canning homemade apple butter today. But after a long battle last night with getting it to thicken, I was defeated. I'm pretty sure my problem was too much apple cider not enough apples. No fears, however, I will be trying again this weekend!! I know, I know, you're going to lose sleeping while waiting for this :)
